Notice is hereby given that the Lima Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for a conditional use permit application for the development of a private school in the R-1A Single Family Residential Zoning District.
The use is proposed to be located on Luick Drive on a parcel with tax ID G -07-18-400-054.
The conditional use will be considered by the Lima Township Planning Commission on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Meeting to be held at the Lima Township Hall located at 11452 Jackson Rd, Dexter, MI 48130.
A copy of the application may be reviewed at the Lima Township offices located at 12172 Jackson Rd, Dexter, MI 48130. Signed, written comments concerning the conditional use will be accepted until 12:00pm on February 24, 2025. Comments may be addressed to the Lima Township Planning Commission, P.O. Box 59, Chelsea, MI 48118. Comments may alternatively be emailed to the Zoning Administrator at msastre@limatownshipmi.gov.
